Staff Member Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responding to phone calls and questions from guests assisting them in a friendly and cooperative manner.

  • Operating Point Of Sale system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, and discounts

  • Organizes clients schedules, make appointments and maintains records, files, and receipts.

  • Operating, preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment

  • Stock Concession Stand with candy, snacks, drinks and applicable supplies. 

  • Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws.

  • All duties to help maintain a clean and orderly facility (ie cleaning lobby, bathrooms, arena, soccer fields and parking lot.

  • Proper handling, set up, removal, and storage of large sports equipment such as basketball and volleyball nets.

  • Compliance with smaller tasks given by management as needed. 

  • Following all of the facility and management policies.
