Policy and Procedures 



All rates are per hour. Rental Rates are for events, activities or practice times for teams or clients.  It is prohibited to rent practice courts and run tournaments, camps, clinics or leagues without the specific permission of management. Prices will vary for these activities. Please call the facility for prices and availability


Discounted Rate Agreements

Discounts may be given based on the number of hours rented within a specific rental. Hours do not have to be consecutive.  All hours have to be booked in advance for discounts to apply.  Discounts may not apply to additional hours added after your contract has been executed unless agreed to by both parties and provided in an addendum to the contract.


Payments for Rental Sessions

All rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  The deposit covers all rentals dates and times reserved.  No reservation is placed on our schedule or guaranteed until the deposit is received.


Single reservation:  

  • Reservation for a date within the current month:

    • Full payment at the time of reservation.

  • Reservation for a date in an ensuing month:

    • 50% at reservation, and  

    • Final balance on the 1st day of the month that the rental takes place.

Multiple reservations:

  • Reservation of dates within the current month:

    • Full payment of all rentals in the current month at the time of reservation.

  • Reservation with dates in future months:

    • 50% of all rentals in the reservation at the time of the reservation,

    • Due on the 1st day of each month

      • 100% of the balance for rentals within the current month.

      • 50% of the balance for rentals reserved in the ensuing month.

Special reservations:

All reservations that do not fall under the above two rental types will be address through our rental agreement.   This agreement must be executed by both parties.

Final payment can be made at any time. 

No refund will be provided unless All Seasons Sports Academy cancels your rental.



  • Reservations can be cancelled at any time. 

  • No refund will be provided for any deposit paid.

  • Customers are responsible for full payment of all reservations within thirty days from the date of cancellation.

  • If a reservation is cancels outside the thirty-day period, then any payments greater than the deposit will be credited towards future rentals.

  • If for any reason the facility is forced to close, the customer shall receive a facility credit toward a future rental date.

Rental Time Increments (Set-Up/Break Down)

All times shall be rented on the hour, in one hour long increments. Please include set-up time, and tear down time in your rental. Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to include set up and tear down time in their rental.

*Note that our unique facility design may not require set-up and break down when converting from Basketball to volleyball, but this should be discussed with management prior to rental.

Rental Time Completion

Please be courteous of others– when your time is completed, promptly leave the court or field of play so that the next rental can use the field. Anyone who continues to practice or play after their time has been completed will be billed and may forfeit their rights to future rentals.


Players/Participants shall play at their own risk. All customers must declare their use of the rental space. Any use outside this declaration will be an automatic forfeiture of their rental agreement.

All Seasons Sports Academy Liability Guidelines

All players and their guests, are required to complete and sign a liability waiver form and have it on file at the main desk upon entering the facility for the first time. Any and all people that enter the facility and the rental areas play and participate at their own risks and shall not hold All Seasons sports Academy liable for any injuries.  The liability forms can be completed online.
